LOL, every release is the same ******** with this... Nike is Nike bruh, they're using the same materials for the retro OG 1s, just throwing paint over it. Mentally you're thinking because it's a QS that it's better materials.

Anyone know any good ATC sites with slots still available for the lance mountains, to desperate to cop a pair and rock them..

Not at all. Hype/limited aside. The leather looked and felt better. I own all of the recent OG 1's.

Thanks guys.

Everyone that copped early has said the quality is a step up compared to their Bred and Royal. There is no mental thing about it.

Nah, not even.

So you're telling me, the retro OG 1s and LMs are retailing for basically the same amount but Nike decided to use premium leather instead of what they've been using?

Nike knows either way these shoes are going to sell out, wouldn't make sense profit wise to put better leather all of a sudden on these.

There's definitely a mental thing about it, if you're excited about a shoe you're going to think the best of it...

People just said the Carmines were better quality than most 6s, then people realized it wasn't true.

How can you even tell with a coat of paint over the sneaker anyway? Not being salty about it, but maybe the coating a paint makes the leather feel a little authenic.

Just doesn't make sense for Nike to all of sudden give better leather on a shoe that's supposed to look worn down and went for the same price as OG 1s.
