I got lucky and got confirmation both PayPal and eastbay.
Straight to cart no waiting. Easier than SNKRs for me.

I'm not sure it would have mattered. The real order number is only in the confirmation email, but I could be wrong. The order number Eastbay gave me for one order started with a "W" and is not findable through their tracking:Got a Paypal confirmation but nothing from EB just yet

I did not get the email confirmation for this one. The order I DID get email confirmation for, the order number in the email is completely different, doesn't start with a letter, and is findable when looking up the order.
I assume a lot of these will be cancelled.
