Damn those 18s look so good.. The white/royal pair is really one of my favorite shoes MJ ever played in. The Wizards shoes were absolutely some of the best!!

nah, they were supposed to be the ASG pair in 03 I believe but they were changed out for the white pair for some reason I don’t remember. That would’ve been nice though

I just recently picked them black/royal about a month ago. Man I use to think the 18 were hideous back then, but I have definitely grown to appreciate them now.

Just got the white/blue pair worn once like new for retail in my size 13 last week, which, given how quickly they sold out and what size 13 has been selling for, I was very pleased with.

They are the basketball shoes I've ever played in. Good lockdown, amazing traction, and the cushioning was super bouncy and responsive. They were absolutely perfect. The gold standard.
Actually, if we're going to be picky, my socks would get so sweaty when I'd wear these. I guess the breathability is awful and the lack of ventilation probably helped a lot to yellow the mesh.

Just cleaned my 2003 OG 18’s. One of my favorites during the winter months. I recommend using Angelus Direct shoe trees for ventilation and retaining shape.

No lie. Slept on the 18s back when but looking back theyre really dope lookin shoe and heard they feel as comfortable as they look.
Definitely wouldnt mind adding a couple colors to the collection at some point.

If you’ve never tried on a pair of 18s, your feet are missing out lol. Or 19s for that matter... Those gotta be the two best cushioned sigs 1-23.

Went TTS on a pair of CDP 18s back in HS, felt like bricks to me.

Original XVIII were comfortable but tight. I had to size up to a 12 from a 11.5.

to be fair that era of Jordan brand was not that great. They was cutting corners on materials tech everything really heavy.
the latest Retros have been pretty good.
