App procedure is the best way to go with this release, if it were FCFS there would be total chaos.

This is the first time my area is going to implement the app reservations. FA DM was going to do fcfs no matter what it said on the launch locator but now the mall wants to have a mandatory meeting with all shoe stores DMs, managers, etc for holiday releases.

So FA doing app but it's going to be funny people waiting in front of these stores thinking they just going to walk in and get the shoe. Also I don't know what the mall expects, once 10am-3pm hit everybody wide open to get unclaim pairs.

Im showing a little bit of everything for footaction lol. On the app I get "FCFS" then on the desktop I get "Ticket" under procedures and if you click ticket, you get instructions on how youre going to be able to reserve them with the app reservation lol
