Be patient. For some odd reason, I never get through on SNKRS, but NDC on my droid produces better results. 0-1000 on Snkrs and at least 7/10 through mobile on my Note 5 or NEXUS 10 tablet. 35 min of waiting, but copped on NDC......still pending on Snkrs, but I canceled the wait on Snkrs
