Kanye West: Rapper or Producer?

After listening to much College Dropout and Graduation i contemplated the question: Is Kanye a better rapper or a better producer? What do you think?

I think its up to the listener. When i hear Kanye is involved in a project i look more foward to the production if he is producing. But like i said it's upto the listener IMO.

Producer, but I swear, ya'll underrate kanye's rapping ability. He has some of the best one liners of 07. Just because his production is AMAZINGeveryone sees his rap as mediocre. He's definitely top 10 right now.
