Was talking to my boy about the Cats Low Top Dunks in a OG Get On Mag and lo and Behold the High Top OG Version on someones desk.....

Yes, Big O and I played together at St.Rays back in the late 80's.....
He tore his Achilles last week and he had surgery on Wed.....
So Saturday was the 1st time the players got to see him....

It was cool meeting everyone at Kentucky but we get to see one another
every year at the Final 4.

This year feels like 95 at Umass all over again...... Fingers crossed for this crew...

Nice post man and those closeups of the HDs...I saw and posted some pics in the NCAA Feet thread and was wondering if they actually had a toe design and what was it and your pics definitely cleared that up. That facility is amazing! Props to u for posting and must've been fun seeing all the behind the scenes stuff

I usually hit the Football Equipment on my tours, but I didn't have enough time
with it being Valentines Weekend.....
My 3yr old doesn't like loud arenas or else I would have bought her down with me.
This season feels like 95 when I was at Umass so I'm hoping to finally see my family

I was shocked at the details the tradition takes on.
The alums that come through on the regular was the most amazing part of it all.
Coach Cal has to get it done....If they make the 4 and Cousins has a big tournament, does he stay or does he go?
Kentucky can have 1,2 in the draft if that scenario happens....

The crazy thing is when you think about the Nike Dunks from that era.......
UNC wasn't in the Nike Family yet (Converse)
Duke and Indiana were Adidas

So it was Kentucky, St.Johns, UNLV, Georgetown doing it back then.....
That shoe was what I was on the hunt for.....

Very nice post bud. I had the OG KY Dunks in 85 , I was 9, I have pics..... I sure hope i can get my hands on some of those hyperdunk or Lebron PEs... If anyone gets any info, please pass it on. Ill be at the Vandy game Sat....
