If this is your first time hanging out with this chick, then this is just foolish. However, as mentioned by some, this depends on your status in life etc. However, some women who may not know you would think you're trying to impress them and take you for a fool.

Dudes set themselves up by setting the bar too high. If this is a first date, once you start going to spots that aren’t as good as this one is, that can be an issue.

Also, dinner can make for a bad first date so yeah I’m not spending $200 on the first meet up.

Go to Walmart grab some canvases, paint, brushes, some fruit and chocolate. Take her to a nice park or beach if you have a dog bring it with you. Then y'all can paint and kick it outside (socially distanced). No pressure, quality date and it might cost you $50 MAX.

BINGO! First dates should always be based on something that highlights conversation. Restaurants are crowded, you’re eating. That’s to much going on.

Take her to an ice cream parlor, heck, hit the park or court to hoop, go fishing, the zoo, museum, something where she’s actually forced to talk and give you her undivided attention.

A restaurant full of people, noise, overpriced food is always the worse first date, IMO
It a chic ain’t down with simple leisure activity, she not for me.

Yeah a little bit but after that first set up it's self sustaining just gotta replace the canvases, everything else gets reused. I'm taking my dog with me to the park on weekends anyways the only extra step is grabbing the basket on my way out the door and picking her up from her crib. Helps you stick out a little bit too.

100% I've never had a bad date when we were outside doing something. I can count plenty of terrible first dinner dates though.
