As a Pelicans fan, I would like to say thank yall for the easy W!!!
S/O to Rondo for getting in IT's head. Let that youngster know who's the real deal.

This is the first time I've heard the lakers kind of start to distance themselves from Lonzo and the Balls. While reading this article keep in mind, Momo is a credible reporter but she's pretty much saying whatever Jeanie tells her to say.

Honestly I’d rahter keep Randle, BI and Kuz long term rather than keep Zo. I like Zo's game, and of course he needs to improve his scoring/shooting.
I just think all the Lavar stuff and off the court stuff will hurt the team and locker room.
Kuz is the #2 pick I wanted all along

Hell, goin thru Worthy's stats, dude was overrated as hell. His game was nice, no question there, but I mean....his PER was barely 17, and only had one season barely reaching 20, his points stopped at 16K, 21 PPG is his high, 20 per only 4 times, wasn't much of a 3 point shooter, 5 boards and 3 assists per game, didn't even make it 1000 games in his career.......that resume isn't much.

He clearly had a great postseason career, no question, but he played with 2 other HOFers, I mean.....he was Chris Bosh/Kevin Love before it was cool.
I don't know about that. He was a real efficient scorer, if he played on a team with less talent he coulda hit 25 a game a few seasons with his offensive talent.

Nobody really shot 3's back then.

He's definitely better than Kevin Love and Bosh. :lol

So where are the Laker fans who've maintained that Lavar's antics don't matter? I thought nobody in the league cared or listened. I thought they had no impact on anything.

I'll admit that alot of this is a self fulfilling prophecy (Lavar says something outlandish, the media talks about it being a distraction and then they ask the players about it, thus making the remarks a distraction) but the fans who say that people around the league don't care about Lavar's mouth are being naive. The funny thing about it is that Lonzo wouldn't be Lonzo with the Lakers. Could you imagine Zo in a small market like Utah or New Orleans? Nobody would even put a mic in Lavar's face.

Klay ain't leaving

I don't know about Klay leading a team. He's a great shooter and when he's hot he's unstoppable but he has alot of inconsistent shooting nights. Lucky for him, he can afford to be inconsistent because he plays for the Warriors. He can have a 3-12 game and his team will still win. I question how well he'd perform being the #1 guy and teams keying in on him game in and game out.

He’s probably be fine. We got a glimpse of him leading in the second round against the Blazers a couple seasons ago. But, if he was coming to the lakers or any other team for that matter, he would more than likely be coming for what he does best, not be a number 1 option.
