the lakers could’ve squeezed Dlo even further if they wanted. There was literally no place for him in free agency.
Glad they came to an agreement that’s fair for both sides. Hopefully Dlo balls out and declines his PO for more money next year.

If Reaves takes our team vs someone else’s, the over tax amount drops by a million. Also I’d that “center” slotted is Castleton, that saves another million.

2024-25 will require them to need DLo back. Whether for trade or just because
Bron, AD, Rui, AR and Gabe is around $135mil for 24-25.
A DLo trade mid season would only much sense if it is a disaster between the Lakers/DLo. Because they won’t have a ton of room to maneuver contract wise due to hard cap (I’ll go look through the range of guys they would be looking at)
