If we draft Edey, I can see JJ actually playing him unlike Darvin burying Max and Castleton on the bench when we needed some quickness on Murray and some size for 5-10 minutes. Darvin was on some old school gotta pay his dues type ****

After reading the last 10ish pages I wonder to you guys…
Is everyone in here still Lakers fans or is this just a place where therapy occurs for negative and death of Lakers fandom.
At this point there’s no reason to wish for the worst or expect the I told you so moment.
I’m hoping things work out with JJ. He seems smart and passionate. Let’s see if he can learn through his mistakes. Us Lakers fans are tough and delusional I tell ya lmao.
Less breaking down and honestly guessing things or assuming things that we just don’t know. Being just a fan can go a long way with anxiety.

Because it’s possible to win with a star who’s not a two way player if they’re surrounded by two way players but it’s far more difficult (or maybe impossible) to win with a two way star surrounded by one way role players.
Mostly looking at playoff basketball…in the regular season I think you can win just off being the better offensive or 3 point shooting team.

redick is media trained well. He seems like a good communicator but wake me up when the assistant coaches are announced. I imagine he’ll ask Stan Van Gundy to join but it’s late in the process and he’s going to need a lot of help.

Surround the guy makin 55+ million a year who only plays hard on offense with multiple guys who make a fraction of that but expect them to contribute on both sides or they are tossed aside.
