**LA LAKERS THREAD** Sitting on 17! 2023-2024 offseason begins

I remember wanting to start Bynum, Pau and LO next to each other at the start of 2008-2009.
Buss knew he had to match up with Boston, who had nothing but impact bigs helping Pierce, Allen, and Rondo.

KG, Perkins, PJ Brown, Leon Powe, Big Baby Davis

Boston's stacked frontcourt was the reason the Lakers lost the '08 Finals, especially with a hobbled Bynum.

I had such high hopes for VladRad.
Don't ask me why.
Cool nickname?
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I, too, had high hopes for Radman (cool nickname?) cause he was a lights out shooter with the Sonics.

Then he came to LA and you already know what happens to “shooters” when they perform under the L.A. spotlight

Slide two is the main reason I didn’t think Max was really ready last season. He wasn’t strong enough and that’s not something that “more reps”was gonna help. Needs an offseason where he could really go hard in the weight room (pause).

I think we see it next season, hopefully he’s been putting in the work.
