I'm usually on there for 20 minutes.
This is at the end of my workouts which are 2 hours so I'm struggling on that bike.

Due to the small bike discussion, I had to look up approximately how many miles are biked during an hour-long advanced spin class (I take 2-3 per week). From my search, it looks like estimates are between 20 and 25 miles. So maybe it takes LeBron around an hour?
