Tampa HoH said FCFS, but they're not on the locator.
Also for Tampa heads, FTL at international mall is closing in a couple weeks and will re open a month or so later as an HoH. This was from an employee, she wasn't sure dates. But it's changing though

My local HoH claims they're doing FCFS, but I've been lied to in the past. One employee told me that Bred 1s "weren't a big release" and that they'd be FCFS. Walk in the store an hour later and my friend tells me 18 pair and tickets.

two HoH near me have no clue what they're doing yet. I call one and they told me they are doing FCFS Saturday ? I'm like Saturday ? no the all star pack releases Friday. Jordan's release Saturday. my other HOH said call back tomorrow to find the procedure. both of these did raffle for the BHMs. why wouldn't they do the same for the ASG

My HoH seems to have their releases organized in line with what's at the FTL launch calendar. Definitely call before going there to be sure, though. Raffles start tomorrow at Southcenter.
