This list is pretty bogus after looking over it some more (and no, it has NOTHING to do with only 1 Wolverine in the top 100).

While most of the draft talk surrounding the Florida Gators is contained to a certain Jesus-loving, Heisman-winning quarterback, worries of success at the NFL level should hardly be levied solely on Mr. Tebow.
Most likely as a response to the grief Texas players take for under-performing in the NFL, the Houston Chronicle's Lance Zierlein took at look at all the Florida Gators drafted by NFL teams since 2001. The results are pretty surprising.
To a man, nearly every pick (save maybe Alex Brown of the Bears) since 2001 out of Gainesville has been disappointing, up until Percy Harvin stopped the bleeding this season. The list of first and second round picks that amounted to nothing has been pretty staggering:
Gerard Warren, Kenyatta Walker, Lito Sheppard, Jabar Gaffney, Mike Pearson, Reche Caldwell, Rex Grossman, Taylor Jacobs, Ben Troupe, Keiwan Ratliff, Chad Jackson, Jarvis Moss, Reggie Nelson, Derrick Harvey, and Percy Harvin.
Other than Harvin, only Lito Sheppard has appeared in the Pro Bowl, and his play could be characterized as up and down. Everyone else on that list has underperformed. That's not exactly the best track record when talking about important draft picks from one school.
As guys like Joe Haden and Carlos Dunlap project to be taken in the first round -- even with major question marks surrounding both -- you've got to wonder if NFL scouts will take a look at the track record of the Gators that came before them.
James Ross is legit. Saw them play a couple times. Only kid MSU's offered so far in that class. Jenkins and Richardson I assume will be all yours, correct?Originally Posted by Newbs24
Anybody that keeps up with recruiting knew that Michigan had zero shot with Thomas. Dude is real tight with Chris Norman and his coach has ill will towards Michigan because he thinks Michigan did Andre Criswell and Carson Butler dirty. Carson was a fool who couldn't stay out of trouble and got 5 more chances than he deserved. Criswell couldn't stay healthy and was shuffled around way too many times to learn a position. He is now a grad assistant with RR so I have no clue why he think RR didn't like him. Oh well. Just need to go after some other LBs and make sure that GRob can coach them up. I like the athletes we have at LB but still do not feel we have a true MLB outside of JB Fitzgerald.
I still wish they would have went after PoohBear Mars. I know he was little, but think his style of play could have done things with our team because he knew the basics of how to tackle from the LB spot.
Great pickup for Sparty. MD has made his inroads in Detroit and is very lucky that 2 schools that do not allow Michigan in are producing talent. Southeastern and Renaissance. Good think Cass Tech has a real good class for 2012, Royce Jenkins and Terry Richardson and also are real tight with James Ross from Orchard Lake St Marys. If RR can get those 3, I would be happy.
Also, just watched Jeremy Gallons highlight tape and I am praying that he gets healthy and hits the field this fall. Electric.
