Glad Pedo and Reese were fired. Reese drafted horribly and the complete disregard for a LT was a shame. But I do have a problem with Mara getting away scott free on this. He signed off on the handling of Eli.


As a sidenote, I will be very happy when I see a notification that Pagano was fired. Black Monday cant come soon enough.

And thats why Eli should not come back and force them to trade or release him.

They owe it to him to get him to a contender and have a chance to win. Already handled the beginning without class, at least finish it with class.

Yes Eli frustrated everyone at times but the end of the day he won NY 2 Super Bowls against teams that in reality they had no business beating.

Guy has actually been a decent performer the past 2 seasons and was very good at 2014 and 2015.

You are 2-10. Who gives a **** if a guy won you a superbowl 5 years ago. He has been a mediocre QB for some time and has been talking about retiring. At some point you have to see what you have and play Webb to see if he can be your guy.

I get the love for him, but he is ******* 36. At some point you have to look toward the future, but apparently remedial giants fans like yourself think he is going to be around to be mediocre forever.

You keep saying they have no run game and no line. That is fine, I 100% agree with that, but they have consistently had one of the better receiving cores in the NFL.

Anyways, can’t say he would stay with us, but if they get the front office right, a decent head coach, everyone healthy, a good draft and pick up some offensive line power and back during the off free agency, Eli can make one last run as our QB before retiring

Benching him for a player the hasn't dressed all ****in season because he's not ready is gonna do what?

We are 2-10, season is ****in over. What in the **** are we gonna see? A third round rookie QB play in an NFL game without an OL, WRs and a run game. Sounds like he will be a ****in star and go off in that scenario.

I've heard so many players and coaches say you see pretty much everything you need to see from players in practice.

Not to mention his streak is ridiculous and highly respected in football. That **** is unreal. You ended it for no ****in reason.

If we were 7-6 and barely getting by but Eli was the reason we were losing and could miss the playoffs. I would have no ****in problem with benching him.
