Lock please, thanks. Warriors 2011/2012 Thread Up.

I personally think Singleton would be a better pick.

That Chicago trade is bad; any trade with Chicago involving Ellis needs to have Noah or Deng involved or else there's no point in talking to them.

Asik and Gibson are the goods. Doesn't work financially though. Nor do I think the Bulls would depart with both of them.

Not familiar with Singleton, what's his game like? Can he come in, contribute & be part of the Warriors' rotation?
Noah would be great, but wouldn't receiving Asik & Gibson address the team's biggest weaknesses (size, defensive rebounding, interior defense, etc.)?

All these "proposed" trades are so uneven. I really don't know what to think what the Warriors will do.

And Biyombo is projected to go the Warriors? Is he any good? I read he wasn't doing well in the Eurocamp workouts.

^I think he's a good scorer to have off the bench. Watching him play, he didn't give me a reason to hate on him...

Singleton's a great prospect because he's probably one of the best perimeter defenders in the draft. I think he'd be perfect off the bench backing up Dorrell.

Thinking it more thoroughly, Asik and Gibson isn't the worst deal out there...

Curry/Lin
Reggie
DWright/(Rookie)/Thornton?
Lee/Gibson/Udoh
Asik/Udoh/Biedrins

It definitely improves the frontcourt, no question about it. But I don't think we'll be a better team losing our best player for those two players...so it's not worth it.
