There were only 2 versions of 3m lunargrands, a grey sole and volt sole version. They are indeed sold out pretty much everywhere.

The other 3m ones are the coopers which came out in two versions. One with a 3m "trim" very similar to the 3m lunargrands and the other is a completely 3m version. The completely 3m came in a solid silver as well as a full black color way.
Only other 3m Haans are a full 3m penny loafer which also came in the above mentioned silver or black. In regard to these full 3m's you can find them at various outlets(both coopers and pennys). Pm me if you have any other questions man. Hope that helped.

Stopped by cole haan yesterday and asked about the combat boots. The manager says it will be a september/october release and there will be a 3rd colorway which is black.

Got my backup milkshakes in yesterday as well. Saks was fast with that shipping. I'll probably start wearing them sometime in 2015 lol

Still looking for a deal on oxblood loafers, gonna have to keep an eye on outlet deals

Depends on the specific shoe. I'm an 11 in most sneakers, a 10.5 in coopers, and 10 in lunargrands.
 
Thanks for all the sale links fellas. Hoping a size 14 pops up soon, need some new work shoes.
