Just wanted to come back and say that the song is definitely crack. Hope Lupe does something with the character in the new album, he's so good at runningwith a narrative.

Actually enjoyed yall doin that... definitely without a doubt my favorite Lupe song...

I personally always felt the song was about a person who lives to follow the "cool" (the accepted stereotypical wack norms of the ghetto community)to the point where he's dead because the "cool" completely controls him until the moment he actually dies, in sort of a cycle.
