funny part is I never owned them back in The Day...parents couldn't afford them and the one chance I had at them in 1996 was a raffle at a church fair which I lost.
got them as soon as they re-released and have a pair specifically to train/compete in.

I didn’t have those, or any of the shoes I have now as a kid. Mom wasn’t spending that much on sneakers, and it was only 1 pair a year at back to school time.

It’s a great shoe man..Super light weight and supportive..It’s the only shoe I can wear for more than an hour without my back screaming at me..And after 7 back surgeries that’s a blessing..

That’s a big reason..It’s legit hard to be in a good mood when you’re in pain, non stop, every single day..In 4 months it’ll be 16yrs since my first back surgery..Haf my first one a couple months after turning 24..

Yeah, but at the time with how closed circuit was and no ppvs back then, it actually was a brilliant idea..Giving 3 cities a big attraction was a gamble but a smart one..Cause if that didn’t work you wouldn’t have had III the next year and we all know how that affected the business..
