Yeah, but at the time with how closed circuit was and no ppvs back then, it actually was a brilliant idea..Giving 3 cities a big attraction was a gamble but a smart one..Cause if that didn’t work you wouldn’t have had III the next year and we all know how that affected the business..
That’s a big reason..It’s legit hard to be in a good mood when you’re in pain, non stop, every single day..In 4 months it’ll be 16yrs since my first back surgery..Haf my first one a couple months after turning 24..
I'll fully admit to not fully understanding the impact and scope of PPV as a totally new development at the time, but I would imagine you'd run into some of the same live show issues that we saw unfold this Monday and I'd imagine the tickets weren't cheap. I feel like it came across weak and gimmicky to the public at the time.
no ****ing debate about the impact of III tho.
It didn't come across that way at the time..People just wanted to see big matches with the biggest stars..
Dang bruh, sorry to hear all that. Any chance the pain will eventually go and stay away?
always down to be educated...why does it seem like it's never really mentioned then? I would think if it was a success, they would have repeated the experiment.
Nope, I'm like this the rest of my life..Once you operate on the spine it's kinda just downhill from there..When you remove a disc, it forces the ones above and below to "work" harder and those discs tend to wear out quicker..It's called Degenerative Disc Disease..I've had 2 discs removed, 1 level of my spine fused, 3 Lamenectomies, and 2 disc currently with minor bulging..Throw in Sciatica and arthritis and it's just a fcuking mess..But hey man, like everyone else, I wake up each day and do my best..Can't let pain get in the way of living life, being a good husband, and being the best dad I can be..
I def second the boost technology man I love it. Tried to get Case hip on the boosts in Dallas but he got them damn air max at the mall
I wanted to give the Boost a try, but with the limited funds I had at the time I didn't want to risk getting stuck with a shoe that would've been hurting my feet for the next 4 days..So I stuck with what I knew..If I'd have known the Boost was as amazing as it is I would've snatched that all black pair up in a heartbeat..You were definitely right though..Great shoe and great technology..
My dad got me da Rodmans too when I was in 5th grade. Definitely preferred the Team Jordan 1s at the time though
Yo people thought I was crazy not to be a mike fan but **** him I love my knicks more.I hated MJ with a passion because of how he tortured the Knicks. His face turn for me was the flu game. My dad and I got home just in time to catch most of it and I couldn’t take my eyes off the TV. Then he pushed Russell in 98 and I’ll never forget how mad I was.
Don’t tell hust1e that I hated Mike and not Killer Miller

Meet The Parkers
This week Charlamagne Tha God and Andrew Schulz discuss Monique’s rant about Netflix and equal pay, have a discussion about Afro Latina’s, snitching on yourself on social media, and more!!!
Listening to Meet The Parkers from The Brilliant Idiots. http://podbay.fm/show/862717788/e/1516898146
When Shultz isn't making stupid #OPInfluence jokes, he is on point. When he is locked in, using logic to make points, I swear I am listening to myself. So I mess with him MOST of the time.Going to listen to this on the journey home from work in a few hours. Sometimes Schulz really annoys me on this with his unfunny jokes.
