during the side mission where you stop the casino heist, the two brothers are named Nico and Roman (GTA IV). I started screaming when I heard that

Dog I did that side mission last night and literally just paused the game put the controller down and just reflected on how this game is a reality now and it’s better than I could have even fathomed. That cameo when Peter and Mary Jane are eating at the restaurant And it looked so ******* REAL!!

Random, They made Mary Jane look like this chick I used to **** named Haley

Yeah I really appreciated that cameo. That was cool.

I love how the game takes breaks from the main story and action with missions like that one, and it's not just *swing, swing, beat up bad guy, repeat*

The comparisons to Arkham are there obviously but it’s so much more alive than any of the Arkham games. The City is a character in its self

I picked up the Digital Deluxe.

All the upcoming DLC is including in it at a reduced price compared to buying all three separately.

You also get 5 skills points which is really helpful as far as leveling up.

If the DLC is anywhere near as enjoyable as the base game is and given Insomniac's track record it will be, the Deluxe edition is more than worth it.

October 23rd for the first, The Heist a black cat centered story.



Looks outrageous and will come with more costumes and more missions as will the other 2.

Turf Wars in November and Silver Lining in December. Turf Wars I have no idea who it could involve. Maybe more Mr. Negative and Kingpin or appearances from Tombstone, or Hammerhead? Some people claim to see Mysterio in the blurred out art for it. Silver lining has to be either more Silver Sable and Wild Pack or, I’m praying, Silvermane since Mr. Negative came up in the comics taking out the Maggia crime syndicate.

If the DLC sells well which seems like a definite with the response to the game we could get support for the game well into 2019. Need Insomniac to take there time on a sequel cause this is gonna be hard to improve upon.

lamekilla The issue is that the Arkham games tend to 'close' off the island, city, etc... so the scope's limited. Even though Batman operates at night, there's no real reason why Gotham City should not have people/traffic moving around then.

That’s why I’m personally not a fan of City. They copped out with the map honestly and tried to sell you an open world experience. Knight is easily the best one and the world was taylor made to explore and rip through the streets with the batmobile but even then it’s still not as exhilarating as webswinging high in the sky and then coming down and finger pointing and high fiving civilians in this game. The sun setting in this game is magical too. Don’t know if I like the city in the day or the night more. And the weather elements too. If we get a snowy NYC for DLC it’s over with.
