exactly i hold that @!%! for like 1 second then i change and im like Dante is at inch of health and screaming for his %%% to switch

Im doing the same thing, there is a serious learning curve to this game but it is still fun!

Had the same problem in the beginning but i went into the training mode and figured out all the buttons and combos and stuff just mess around a little and you'll get the hang of the game my friend as GS gave me a free strategy guide which i also recommend taking a look at/picking up for help.

It is man. Annoyingly so. I'm dropping combos left and right
