MAX | Out Now |

Started watching Station Eleven. Basically, a pandemic wipes out most of the world. So far, there a couple of main characters. The story jumps back in forth in time, showing what it was like before the pandemic hit, right when the pandemic hit and some time after the pandemic destroyed society. I’ve mostly stayed away from pandemic related movies/content, it’s a little too close for home for my taste. But after being in this present one for almost two years, I’m willing to give this a shot. I like it so far.

I like Station Eleven so far but only interested in kirsten and jeevan's story. Also so much time jumping.

Shoutout to Despot for getting an HBO show before ever dropping an album. It’s called Chillin Island. Now all those weird *** pics in the desert make sense. Some goofy show with Dapwell (Das Racist) and Lakutis. Young Thug is the guest for the first episode.

I definitely want to check this out. I don’t think Despot will ever release an album.

thug out here trying to throw snakes the whole episode...weird *** show...

Already bought tickets for it, but forgot the new Matrix movie was releasing on here.

Still gonna go though, theater experience is better.

I'll just rewatch it there if I miss anything. Only movie I thought about watching was A New Legacy. Might give that new Mortal Kombat and Godzilla/Kong movie a chance eventually.

Yeah, I saw Dune on IMAX and went back and rewatched on HBO Max

Same with King Richard, especially since I wanted to support that.

Not the same. The experience around a bunch of people watching say Spiderman and the feeling of surprise and glee you feel from the audience isn't the same.

Just like how concerts will never be replaced by virtual concerts. The feeling and experience can't be duplicated.

It's why actors sneak into movie theaters to experience their own movies amongst people.

Yeah the Spiderman experience is a perfect example of how being in the theatres add to the experience.
