MAX | Out Now |

I just started Succession and on Season 2 now but damn it doesn’t seem like anything is happening. Literally the same back and forth events. Might have to ditch it soon.

It's a very diagloue driven show. The conversations between the characters is what keeps me watching. It's not for everyone.

I'm hella sad Station 11 hasn't fully released the whole season. I was expecting to finish the whole season by tonight... damb

Tomorrow they're supposed to release 2 episodes, I'm assuming it'll be at midnight tonight? Hopefully

Holy ****, station 11 is hitting. Episode 4 so far

The comedic tones are just right mixed with some emotional storylines. Looking forward to how it unravels
I haven’t laughed an iota. For me, the show is sobering with the state of the world right now. I was completely confused until episode five. All the time skipping made it seem confusing. Soundtrack is great. High production value. Still have to watch episode seven.

Not sure it's meant to make you laugh per say but there have been some funny moments for me. The guy finding the imposters molly for starters and giving his speech high lol...There are others but never the less.

Not sure what was so confusing about the structure? I think the disclosure on timelines is done really well. I will say as a constructive criticism I did not care about the symphony storyline AT ALL until episode 6.

Not sure what you mean by sad?

I found it profound honestly
What you just said isn't in opposition to me finding it sad you know.

I found it incredibly sad that these ppl who are so socially inept invested so much in a trash movie like Avatar just cuz of one concept you can find in a bunch of sci-fi.

The comedic relief is fairly evident in the young Kirsten/Jeevan/Frank storyline

There's no way the show could just be 100% heavy

It is dry/deadpan humor but it flows very well with the overall story arc

I did however feel like the latest 2 episodes dragged at times

Specifically The Prophet character... like... the story is trying to introduce some kind of mystical element to it. It kind of falls flat and isn't really that deep. I felt eps 1-5 were very good and 6 was def the slow one for me. 7 had some crazy moments but at the same time I felt like they were manufactured, like oh we're going to just introduce random chaos

I agree, which I was I asked instead of assuming

I think they obviously struggle with mental health and I thought it was moving how they have formed a community around something so trivial and found human connection- more specifically that John captured it

Ended up buying the book cause the shows been a pretty good watch. Dry comedy doesn't really do anything for me but it meshes very well with the overall vibe and story of the show.

Mans on the bike recruiting for the museum got me. Told them 3rd times a charm after he got turned down again. Strapped up his helmet like he's riding through some busy streets. Then comes back with backup and guns

I wouldn't paint them all with the mental health issue brush.

I haven't really noticed humor in Station Eleven. Think the only time I laughed was when Frank started randomly rapping. Just remembered when the guy did a monologue from Independence Day, that was awesome.

Young Kirsten rifts off the brothers so well. Some of the traveling symphony characters are also wild as hell

They don’t get hearty laughs like bellowing just little smirks

Oh and the scene when the dude takes leadership in the airport, and the woman and guard randomly join him, that was lol

I will give props to the fake homeland security guy for getting a whole female soccer team minus the goalie but adding a nanny.

For those that care, keep an eye out cuz it'll be harder to search for

Kind of annoying, really don't want to subscribe to Crunchyroll for ad free anime viewing. but watching **** on my big *** TV and sound system is sooo much better than laptop. jujutsu k slapped on the bigger screen.
