If/when Wafer is signed, the Grizzlies should go after a veteran backup PF. Carroll is too unreliable as a rookie right now and Arthur won't be availableuntil February.

The only thing about giving a 1st rounder for Nate is he may just be a one year rental. How about Hunter's expring contract?

I think NYK would take anything just about since they probably want to get ridof him. I don't know if I want to see Nate AND Wafer on the same team. If we get one of them, then we need to get a guy in like Antoine Wright like Nasmentioned. Plus, this is Heisley we talking about. I don't think he will make TOO many moves. Maybe enough to bring in a PF on a one year deal and Wafereven though I would rather have Nate.

We do need a backup PF though. Since they decided not to give Hunter any PT over Carroll, we have to find somebody somewhere.

Ehh i think Zach Randolph's playing regular Zach Randolph ball.
He looks alot more unselfish and more mature in the Grizz than his early Blazer days.

I been a fan ever since he played in Portland, he was basically our best player for 2-3 seasons.
But his numbers tonight were just phenomenal.

The Grizzlies frontline could all be all-stars. Since its the NBA, they won't allow it to happen because they love to give it to the marquee names.

Rudy seriously has a good chance along with Gasol. Z-Bo probably won't even make it because its so many PF's on the list.

Statstically, we do have an elite starting five. That's why I posted those stats. Memphis and the Lakers have the only starting five thats top 10 in everycategory (pts, rebs, eff., etc.) I believe.

Bench: Duncan, Pau, Durant, Roy, DWill, Nash, CP3.

Snubs: ZBo, Boozer, Rudy, Evans, Ellis.

If [color= rgb(0, 102, 0)]$[/color]tern rigs the voting again like last year and replaces TMac with Nash/CP3 at the last minuteor injuries sideline the selections, then I could possibly see Rudy/ZBo getting in.

Nate > Vafer. he is instant buckets, but hes waaaaay too one dimensional. if you take jefferies, ill gladly take steven hunter.
i still want a first rounder though

thing is, nate is an loyal dude. if you give him a decent contract, im sure he'll love to stay. granted its memphis, but who knows.

I wouldn't say that Memphis has an Elite starting 5, but they do have a VERY solid 5. With that being said, the team is still pretty young and VERYentertaining to watch.

I don't know what the chances are, but if these guys stay together for the next couple of years, I can see them graduating to an elite 5.

You think Ducan and CP have been consistently putting up All-Star #'s? I realize these dudes ARE All-Stars, but their teams are having the worst start fortheir respective teams in a couple years.

I'm a BIG CP fan if that matter. Don't care much about Timmy, def. respect his game though.

cp3 was injured for a while, but look who hes carrying. statistically they may not be up there, but their presence is felt.

Chris Wallace just reported on the radio that Memphis isn't signing Wafer.

Wafer says he wants to play for the Rockets again. SMH. I guess he's satisfied not getting those minutes and riding that oak.

I'm guessing Memphis will look in another direction if he really doesn't come here.
