at this point theres nothing you can do. those people who have gotten banned or have yet to be banned will be dealt with regardless. I hadnt played my xbox ina week..logged in and my console was banned. This happens every year around this time tho. I have had my system modded for about 4 months

This is why I never modded mine. This dude been tryna hustle me for at least 2 years too. It sounds good but I'm not tryin' to constantly stay up todate with the software to protect from getting banned. Cause I'll be DAMNED if I turn on the box and my Live is shutdown, forever...

I don't do it, but think of how much you save by not actually paying for your games. you steal 4 games and you've already saved up for one.
