I really dont think you can consider that the most clutch PLAY ever. It wasnt a play. The play they ran did not work. Clutch shot? Yes. Clutch play? Absolutely not.

I gotta agree....

A clutch play IMO, is Manning to Tyree....
EXACTO Manning with the broken tackle, Tyree with the dome catch (pause)

. thats more than clutch, thats untapped fury.

i'm a trojan for life and this pains me to post it but...

vince young gained my respect when he did this...

I was gonna say that Horry shot too. I still remember watching that at my cousins house and having it ruin a perfectly good family gathering. #+%!!# Horry

Al Michaels ruined it with his GARBAGE commentary though... "HE SCORES..at the buzzer, it'll have to be reviewed." Dude sounds so bored and logical, no excitement whatsoever. I wish Kevin Harlan had been there instead.

Oh man, dude would have a super orgasm

if kobe had hit 0.4 and kevin harlan called the game...

You couldn't have had a better situation to come through in the clutch

.

Honorable mention: Kirk Gibson vs Oakland A's off of Eckersley. I've only seen replays but that homer was crazy.

first to mind was the laetner shot, but there are tons of clutch plays and narrowing them all down to just 1 would be very hard IMO.

when i saw the derek fisher shot i seriously had no idea what happened. i couldnt believe what i saw and i just freaked out and ran out of my house.

Thanks for the memory, man, I jumped out of my pants when I saw that Horry three go in. I remember doing that little swagger-skip he does, after every single"3...2...1" Horry-wannabe shot i took. I'm biased as a Laker fan since birth, but personally, I think MJ's "Last Shot" is more of aclutch play. Laker history has been full of clutch shots though: Fisher, Horry, and Kobe, in that order.

i dont know if its possible to judge a "most clutch play ever", every sports has a new set of clutch plays every year, that is unless some people arejudging based off of the situations surrounding those clutch plays like some possible superbowl "hail mary" or some national championship hail mary,or possibly some game 7 nba finals buzzer beater, like i said, i dont know if its possible so im just gonna throw some random play that ive seen on espn plentyof times
