My exact reaction. I didn't even read anything else he typed out.

He's probably just starting to walk.

I've been to plenty of games but probably for me nothing beats that Saints playoff game last year.

Ah, quoting my comments have been habitual for you.
You're welcome.

Malice in The Palace. Got juiced off the expensive beers and then all hell breaks loose. Crazy.

Seeing M.J., Pippen and D-Rod at The Palace in '96. It was a blowout so I was able to get down to the first few rows for most of the 4th quarter. I was like 20 feet from greatness, but my dream was crushed later in life when I realized how much of a **** Mike is lol.

Yes, I'm 12. #$++ outta here trying to get e-laughs, square boy..

I'm actually 22 and been a 49er fan my entire life. You mad? Clearly there have been memorable games (i.e Terrell owens the catch 2 vs GB), but i'm referring to how BAD both teams have been the last 10 years.

inb4 38 year old responds about how he was at the superbowls in the 80's

E-laughs...ok dude.

All you say is "as an A's and Niner fan, there havent been too many memorable games at all," and we are somehow supposed to interpret that as "there havent been too many memorable games in the past 10 years?"  NT is not full of mind readers.

2006 NBA Playoffs, Western Conference Semifinals, Game 7

-Dallas Mavericks at San Antonio Spurs 119-110 in OT

2008 NBA Playoffs, Western Conference First Round, Game 1

-Phoenix Suns at San Antonio Spurs 115-117 in 2OT

  • Lakers vs Blazers WCF Game 7 2000
  • Lakers vs Celtics NBA Finals game 3 ( Blew the 24pt lead)
  • Hawaii vs Boise St 2006 (rain game)
  • Clippers vs Suns 2002? Amare on Olowokandi
  • Lakers vs Wizards 2002 Kobe goes for 55 on Jordan
  • Clippers vs Knicks (Mozgof)
  • Clippers vs OKC (Perkins)
  • Clippers vs Lakers (Gasol x 2)
  • 2010 NBA All Star Game Cowboys Stadium
  • Lakers vs Sixers in the Forum (Showtime vs Barkley)
  • Hawaii vs Washington ( Hawaii makes BCS)

My most memorable sporting event was game 3 of the 1989 World Series between the Giants and the A's. Still have the ticket from that game.

Knicks vs Heat playoff game in 99 at the Garden.

Seeing Iverson in a few Sixers games between 2000-2004.

Rookie-Sophomore Challenge in Philly where J-Rich threw the ball off Boozer's head.

Nothing crazy significant, but memorable to me:

A ton of Raptor games:
-1995: 1st (regular season) game in franchise history, they beat the Nets
-last game of the 98-99 lockout season vs Cavs, Vince Carter does that one-handed 360! Then gets injured for the second half, but guarantees playoffs for next season postgame
-first NBA playoff game outside America vs NYK: Raps get swept in three when LJ banks home the game-winning trey
-Tracy McGrady's return as a member of the Magic, the first of many boo-fests
-MJ as a Wizard, twice (never a Bulls game tho
30t6p3b.gif
)
-Playoff game IN DETROIT!! Pistons blew us out, but my friends and I kept things interesting talking trash non-stop for three and a 1/2 quarters
-same Detriot series, back in Toronto. Jon Barry gets t'd for tying his shoes, but most will remember Corliss Williamson's postgame interview wearing the infamous shower cap
-various playoff games (vs Nets, Orlando)...it's been awhile since Toronto Anythings have had success

Hockey:
Islanders @ Leafs reg. season, Toronto wins 9-6! Great seats for a decent price too off some scalpers (it was a weekday), but the drinks...not so cheap. 2 beers ea for me and my buddy @ $12.50 a pop = $50 for 4 beers
sick.gif

Odds and ends:
-Vince Carter charity game: shutting it down when he windmills Shammond Williams' off the backboard
-'50' alleys to himself off the shot clock and brings down the house. Oh streetball lol

Fun times

49ers Packers Jan 1999, the T.O catch game

49ers Giants Jan 2003, the 24 point comeback game

Angels Yankees Game 4 2002 Playoffs, Angels eliminated the Yankees and won their first ever playoff series

Dodgers Phillies Game 3 2008 NLCS that stadium was crazy that night, i went to all the Dodgers home NLCS games in 08 and 09 but nothing topped game 3 in 08 in terms of atmosphere and expierence

Yankees Rockies Oldtimers Day last season, it was a pretty fun expierence

Mets Dodgers Game 3 2006 NLDS trolling was at an all time high that night, almost got into a few fights with drunk fans leaving the game but that night was pure comedy

A bunch of niketalk Dodger game summits I went to between 07-09 that Ben set up

Lakers Nuggets Game 5 2009 Conference Finals

Jets Bills i'm pretty certain 1990 it was either a sunday or monday night game, I just remember fans setting fires in the stands and I thought it was hilarious

Jets Bengals 2009 week 17, i ended up tailgating and getting drunk off my behind with some fans i met in the parking lot that night, aside from that it was 15 degrees that night and that was by far the coldest i've ever been at a sporting event.

Jets Cowboys 2011, tailgate, drink and smoke session with some niketalkers in the parking lot and a pretty good game as well

Ok.. I'm 25 and I know that the 49ers had some pretty damn good seasons in my younger days

Bulls vs. Knicks this year on Easter Sunday. Melo hits the 3 to send to OT, then hits the 3 to win the game. This was my first time at MSG too
