Since when is framerate fixed in a patch? If that was the case then most games would have patches.

Framerate is horrible in some instances, worse than last year. And last year's patch didn't alleviate all of he framerate issues either.

When 2k9 came out there was a framerate issue when possession would change and the camera would switch angles. That was fixed in a patch.

they still haven't fixed the server issues...this is the same crap i have been talking about all these months prior to release...

I can't say that I'm overly impressed. I feel like some presentation aspects are a little worse than last years...still a better game than 2k9 but Idon't know about $60 worth.
