NBA 2K10 News Thread (The Game Is OUt)

So I'm in my first season with the Chicago Bulls. (FML im a PG on a team with 5 PG's (I BARELY made the cut, its odd how they don't cut people fortheir overall rating. My guy is 50 overall now.)

Nine games in, the 2k Insider guy says "teams are interested with you coming a board...this is a major career decision...are you happy where youare?...i'll support whatever decision you make."

I've got that for the past three games now....how do I know which teams are interested in me?
And if so, where can I find it?
It's annoying getting it and not being able to know any information about it.

^ im 24 games in, and he still says it for me....
i think thats back when you got out of training camp... 2k is working on the patch to fix that

Just got the game today, played about 4-5 games against the computer, def much harder this year, really hard to dominate with 1 player (def a good thing)

Game isn't bad, but doesn't feel as smooth as previous years, and the menus are horrible

Its only harder cuz the teammate AI is ******ed
Changing settings has no effect on the game i.e. play tight, double team, nothing
Ive had instances where a player on the other side of the court just turns their back conveniently to allow a shooter to gun it
2k9 had its problems but 2k10 SMH
Waiting on that patch and if that doesnt help Im done with 2K

It isn't in the game. They're going to add it with the upcoming patch though.

"my player" is

i made my guy a 6'3 all around point guard. I was on the jazz training camp, then got sent to d-league. did pretty good for 4 game stretch, then got pickedup to a 10 day contract by the pacers..their record at the moment is 11-14

first game i did pretty good in limited playing, then they moved me into the starting lineup after my first game

...now we're on a 3 game winning streak, in 10th place.and we just defeated #1 ranked Boston Celtics.

Im averaging like 12pts 4rebs 7ast 3stls...waiting for my 10 day contract to go up, so i can sign my contract

knew i would be +$!$!% by the my player glitch. i show up on the 76ers roster too.

and i hate that the knicks decided to stick with me. i'm a pg/sg and that roster is already filled in the backcourt. i only got like 4 minutes of gameplayin my first game

Ok so i changed the sliders to those in here
still have it on HOF but its too easy
playin the Magic and teams that rely on the three doesn't feel dangerous like it should
the threes dont fall for them so i might change that back up
I put the speed and quickness back to the OG settings
the dude that made those sliders over at Operation Sports said he'd have another one tomorrow

wow, this crap is a joke look at all the suggested community complaints, in 2009 a 60 dollar game should not even have half as many bugs. 2K must have been sleeping on live, looks like there also starting some poll on what to focus on in the fix lmao.

This is all thanks to companies now outsourcing entire departments, like Quality Assurance, to countries that are just learning what an Xbox 360and a PS3 is...


Believe me when I say it might just get worse from here on out throughout the whole industry from numerous publishers [EA's Need For Speed Shift is onehell of an example].

My player is a 6'8 Shooting Guard..

I was in Trail Blazers training camp, and I did not make the team.. then I went to cavs training camp, and didn't make the team.. lol..

Now I am in the D-League playing for some college team?

yeah I changed the 3 ball and lay up percentage, made it a higher for the comp. but everything else i used what was posted. You gotta admit forthe most part, it plays much better this way.

and i got an invite from every team in teh nba... now i'm on the verge of being cut...

has anyone stayed on an nba team consistently in their first year?
