does that to me all the time. ususally its because some file is messed up. you edit or move any files dealing with 2k?

nah i never mess with anything, just saving and overwriting files.

found a little solution by not signing into my profile before playing, and pressing start with a new profile then signing into my xbox live account.

hope this doesn't happen all the time
