I just don't see how you can go through the system like high school and college and not lift. I know it's not football but come on

Whereas Rose never lifted a weight before he got to Memphis, Evans has been training with Lamont Peterson for practically all of his teenage years. Whereas Rose's famously bad diet included copious amounts of Twizzlers and Gummi Bears, Evans regularly consults with a nutritionist.

yeah this draft class is def a fragile bunch, but for specialists, mainly 3pts and rebounders its not a big deal, mainly need these guys for energy bursts

Regardless of draft class, if they can pull off a move where they land the #1 and #2 - that's huge.

i still hope we tank the season for next year draft though

If we finish outside the top 14 then chicago gets our pick from the Tyrus thomas trade.I hope we trade jack and Diaw, then find someone to take Diop and carroll even though I know that isn't happening. Also whoever said Gerald Henderson suck didn't watch his progress this year. All he's lacking is a 3 point shot which he's working on. He. Could be a 15-20 ppg player in the next 2 yrs.

Damn Duke's track record is horrible even if I excuse injuries and give them Hill being a star at one point.

Now I see why Coach K wouldn't coach the NBA.

I don't see how Irving will break this cycle. Coach K. don't breed superstars.

The fact of the matter is that none of them are really winners.

What criteria are you using to evaluate whether a player is or isn't a "winner?"  And define "winner."

And if/when you do... remember that the past 20 years have seen only 7 teams win the title (Bulls, Rockets, Spurs, Lakers, Pistons, Heat & Celtics) with those teams only being led by a handful of players.

Boston Celtics: Ray Allen (UConn), Kevin Garnett (High School), Paul Pierce (Kansas)

Chicago Bulls: Michael Jordan (UNC), Scottie Pippen (Central Arkansas), Dennis Rodman (Southeastern Oklahoma State)

Detroit Pistons: Chauncey Billups (Colorado), Rip Hamilton (UConn)

Houston Rockets: Hakeem Olajuwon (Houston)

Los Angeles Lakers: Kobe Bryant (High School), Pau Gasol (International), Shaquille O'Neal (LSU)

Miami Heat: Shaquille O'Neal (LSU) & Dwyane Wade (Marquette)

San Antonio Spurs: Tim Duncan (Wake Forest), Manu Ginobli (International), Tony Parker (International), David Robinson (Navy)

Finals MVPs: Chauncey Billups, Kobe Bryant (x2), Tim Duncan (x3), Michael Jordan (x6), Shaquille O'Neal (x3), Hakeen Olajuwon (x2), Tony Parker, Paul Pierce, Dwyane Wade

I'd look at any college team that produced more superstars. Duke has produced none.

But all on the same team in their primes they would beat everyone but
Uconn and UNC.
Maybe Florida.
Thats the weird part.

How? What makes you say that before anybody's even drafted?............is it because of the lack of "possible" star potential?

Saying this might be a weak class is one thing, but the worst ever is OD
