Funny thing is most people including myself called bs at first.
I dont get where this narrative of people marking him guilty off rip came from.
Nobody wanted to believe this was true
But at this point its just too much to come to the conclusion of innocent.
Do most of us believe he raped 55 women..... NO.
But it only takes 1 IMO for him to deserve any false lawsuit or accusation that comes his way.

The thing is, he didn't rape anyone in broad daylight.
None of us were present when this supposedly happened.
Hell majority of us weren't even born when all this
supposedly took place.
So at the end of the day the only thing for certain is this...

The statute of limitations has run out on pretty much all of them...except this one, which happened in 2004. That was set to expire next month, so the prosecutors went ahead with charging him.

If there is no proof, when he was sued, all he had to do was show a preponderance of evidence that he didn't rape anyone and he would have won those cases in civil court.
No only that, he has infinitely more resources that any of these women.
Instead, he chose to pay them off.
There have been strong signals pointing to his guilt, so at this point, being fair is not giving Cosby the benefit of the doubt because "hey, I wasn't in the room with them"
