New Girl Appreciation Thread Vol. I can't read a ruler

Jess was buggin that last ep.

:lol @ Nick with his upwards flushing toilet and thinking ol girl meant they wanted to smash.

:rollin @ Schmidt "No I didn't think you meant that AT ALL!"

Only thing that would have made Jess and her nonsense from last episode ok was if Winston and or Aly had to arrest/detain her for breaking the restraining order....could have just done something scared straight-ish

I'm with Nick Busy Philips can get it...she's been on my list since I saw Cougar town back in the day

When Nick was impersonating Schmidt last episode "Persh is my favorite bar" is was dying.

Its funny that I've been to the actual Griffin and the real Persh bar thats called The Wellsbourne.

And I'm never going to complain about more Sandy Cohen

Same here, I usually catch up one a couple weeks at a time.. then I saw these were all double episodes and I had like 6 to get through instead.

Winston has become so much more funny to me. I remember not feeling his character in the beginning because I thought he wasn't funny.

But I most say, he definitely brings the lulz now.

Nick will always be my favorite. Winston has been consistent as hell the past two seasons.

Cece and Jess high is hilarious :rollin Objectifying the mailman, calling the customer service chick a sorceress :lol

Them just singing and dancing to Return of the Mack :lol

Jess' plan to escape :rollin They need to keep her high all the time.

Nadia kidnapping all of them :lol :rollin

Winston's boss being in to him :rollin I'm losing it right now catching up on these eps.

Bird shirts :lol

That was a sweet ending to the finale.

Jess catching feelings for Nick again right when he's about to bang and fall in love with Reagan.

That no prank prank no prank **** up leading to Winston naked in the photo booth :rollin

I wanted another classic Winston and Coach mess around before the end.

One of these days I'm gonna seriously learn to play True American :lol

Yeah, that was the reason why she was written off the show at the beginning of the season.

They were looking ripe. I have to catch up with the final 3 episodes. But I was glad to see Coach in the finale.

Holy hell, Zooey's chest game was A1 in that finale

Great couple of episodes. Nice to see all the cameos, Coach coming back should have been expected but I was still surprised.

Everyone using Jess' room for sex

Schmidt getting his wedding despite everything he went through was awesome.

The douchebag jar being broken was a nice touch. It's crazy how much these characters have grown and matured even though this show is pretty strictly a sitcom.. These characters are still growing and changing. Schmidt in particular.. but Winston, Nick, Jess, Coach, this was a great finale to showcase how far they've all come.

A lot of times, the romance in sitcoms become way too repetitive, cheesy, and take away from the comedy, but that's never been the case in New Girl. For one, they've been a pretty central part of the show's DNA since the beginning, but it's always been handled really well.
