I will agree with you that Android is a great OS, but its still very young, most of its functions came from the iphone if you've used an android phone, they are pretty similar except android has less polished apps and its more customizable with widgets and such

Touche. I admit to a good post when i see one. Android is gaining market share. 
Only time will tell whether it'll catch up/beat the iPhone. But right now Apple's operating system is superior to Google's, and Apple is only getting better.

the only difference is that apple builds a huge hype around minor upgrades (copy/paste) and makes people think it's the greatest thing invented.

Safari < FireFox. Common knowledge. Everyone and their mom should know this. By the way, it also supports Java and Flash.
When I say DivX, I mean the codec. You know what else it means, too? Avi support. By the way, it also has its own YouTube app.
Too bad the N900 supports both Telenav and Google Maps.

When I say play emulation, I mean it can play games. However, there are videos of it emulating full versions of Windows (no, not Windows Mobile, actual Windows) and OSX.

Dude, i gave him those already (go back to where i wrote 1 and 2 by them). Even with divX and Emulation the iPhone still wins though.
