For the most part I agree. It's really the excellent scouting that brought together KD, Westbrook, and Harden. It could have been Oden, Gallinari, Thabeet.. But that franchise clearly has a good eye when it comes to assembling their roster

I halfway agree with what you're saying. Let's be real though, KD is the heart and soul of that team and we're not praising OKC right now if Portland selects Durant #1 overall. OKC was lucky. Westbrook, Harden, and even Ibaka are all due to EXCELLENT scouting though.
