'Harry Potter' films back in theaters

"Harry Potter" film fanatics will soon be able to binge watch the entire franchise in theaters.

All eight Potter movies will return to the big screen for a week beginning October 13, Warner Bros. studios announced.

The limited engagement is in celebration of the upcoming release of the Potter prequel film "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them," based on the J.K. Rowling book of the same name.

The movies have been digitally remastered and will be shown in IMAX 2D. Cast members will appear at select screenings in Los Angeles and London.

It marks the first time all of the Potter films will be shown at the same time in U.S. theaters.

"Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" premieres November 18.

Gears of War Movie Coming from Microsoft and Universal Pictures

The film adaptation of Gears of War has been a long-standing rumor for several years now. The project was first announced in 2007, and has since been in "delayville," alongside the now defunct Halo and Bioshock film franchises. But, at long last, it appears that fans will finally see it happen. Now it's just a question of when.

During the Xbox Gears of War 4 live stream today, Rod Fergusson, studio head of the developers at The Coalition, announced that, yes, the movie is finally going to happen. What's more, Microsoft has a studio partner to help make it happen – Universal Pictures. Larry "Major Nelson" Hyrb's tweet confirming the announcement can be found here.

In a press release following the announcement, producers on the project were announced.

"Scott Stuber (“Ted” series, “Central Intelligence”) and Dylan Clark (“Planet of the Apes” series, “Oblivion”) will produce for their Universal-based Bluegrass Films. In addition, Executive Vice President of Production Jon Mone will oversee the project for Universal and Senior Vice President Jay Ireland will oversee for Bluegrass."

Of course, the project is still in its planning phase, so no stars, director or release date has been announced yet. But this is still a step in the right direction, and hopefully we'll see some more info surface soon. Which begs the question: who do we get to play Marcus Fenix?

Xbox One fans get to jump back into the Gears of War adventure with Gears of War 4, hitting stores October 11, 2016. The game follows Marcu Fenix's son and his friends, after years of peace following the events of Gears 3. The much-anticipated sequel is also a Microsoft Play Anywhere title (meaning digital copies are playable both on Windows 10 and Xbox One for one purchase price), and is HDR ready for the Xbox One S console.

Bautista would be a dope Marcus Fenix! They should use the guy who already voices Cole in the games to play him in the movies. Or Terry Crews.

She's a wardrobe malfunction waiting to happen. She must buy the Costco sized pack of double sided tape.
