garcon got more guaranteed money that offseason then: desean, colston and stevie johnson

i think it's a bad deal because i doubt other teams would have offered that much for him

I don't know the exact numbers. But I do think they will give him fair to a little above market value instead of exceeding it unnecessarily like they've done in the past. That's just my opinion.

Well then maybe that's the direction the team wants to go. Who are the best WR in the game? Calvin, Dez, and Julio? Where have they taken their team?

I agree this fact has to be acknowledged.

Plus I think that if you get a few good, not necessarily great recievers, they'll make plays for you if you have a good offense. See the Ravens SB run. I actually think the 49ers have a championship core at the position right now, even with no speed.

It's a fact that to win a championship you need a decent quarterback and good players through out the roster.

If you pull the top 5 defense ends , left tackles or even corners none of them have won anything unless they had other good players around them.

It's a fact that to win a championship you need a decent quarterback and good players through out the roster.

If you pull the top 5 defense ends , left tackles or even corners none of them have won anything unless they had other good players around them.

I guess.  I would still want a top 5 player at any of those positions before I would want a top 5 WR.

Heard him and Tedford had a falling out after he got drafted. Don't know what happened.
