Pats secondary looking like New England Clam Chowder with the Fletcher pick up.

McCourty going to have to hold down everything.

Arrington, Ryan, Fletcher, Newman, and Chung :x

Good thing they still get Geno and Buffalo Bills QB four times a year.

don't forget the young gawd malcolm butler :pimp:

Rest of the division got tougher + better on defense.

Lost Revis. DECLINED Browner's team option at under-market value.

Wilfork, Casillas, Vereen, Ayers...all gone.

Kept the kicker Gostowski...but had to franchise tag him.

Kept McCourty...but had to overpay him because they bungled those negotiations.

Bradley Fletcher.

Not to mention this
When free-agent wide receiver Stevie Johnson elected to sign with the San Diego Chargers over the New England Patriots Tuesday, it marked another player who passed on the recruiting pitch of Bill Belichick and the New England staff. The list has been growing in recent days.

Linebacker Andrew Gachkar chose the Cowboys over the Patriots. Defensive lineman Tyrunn Walker picked Detroit over New England.

All three had been brought to town for visits.

We don't know how serious the Patriots were about running back Reggie Bush, but there was enough interest to also bring him to town for a visit. Bush chose San Francisco.
The Patriot Way baby.

At least they got Scott Chandler for the low-low though.

Phillip pls :frown:

Wonder what Billy Volek is up to.

Probably training and preparing Gabbert for his starting role this season.

On the real though, if SD were to take MM8 and let him sit and learn for a few years I wouldn't mind.

I think as a first year rookie he isn't ready, Ive said that numerous times so I'd look like a blind homer, ahem, if I didn't stay consistent with that view.

But, McCoy is a damn good coach. In sunny warm weather with a few years of tutelage from Rivers and/or McCoy he might be a good fit for us and for him.

Whatever the case, we better have a damn plan for when he does leave. :smh:

WR Michael Crabtree is visiting the #Dolphins today, a source said. Would be a great addition to an otherwise young receiving corp.

Sam Bradford is that lovable loser in the NFL.

Every pre-season, he gets gassed up by folks and you hear 'if he stays healthy, the Rams will be dangerous!'

Every season, he gets hurt, and then all is quiet on the Slingin' Sammy front.

Following off-season, the Slingin' Sammy boys come out in force again. He's a fantasy sleeper! He'll show you guys what's up!

Clockwork
No, no. That's just me.

Quarterbacks like Fitzpatrick, Shaun Hill, etc. love QBs like Sam Bradford and RG3. They almost always guarantee a spot in the league and a high chance to start some Sundays.

 So true.

Per source, Bucs have lost interest in DE Greg Hardy. So unless someone else gets involved, he'll apparently be a Cowboy.
