If Freeman has his act together and is on the straight and narrow then he is most assuredly capable of being a very quality backup QB.

Dude is 27 yrs old, not like he's some 37 year old has been who no longer has the physical talent or capability to do anything.

And if it doesn't work out, its no loss for the dolphins.

He won't even beat out Matt Moore.

Non issue. They merely tryin out 3rd QB's for the scout team stuff.
 
Coke, molly, painkillers and I heard he might be on Michael Sam's team.

But if you really watched all or most of his games in 2010 and 2012 you really did see a great quarterback. 2009 and 2011 were some extra rough ones though, and then in 2013 his whole career just fell apart.

Vikings started a WR at QB in a playoff game though so that's not surprising.

I don't care about how many hours it was before the Vikings-Giants that he received the playbook. The lack of time with a playbook didn't cause him to overthrow about 10 balls, each misfiring by about five feet. Leslie Frazier wouldn't even put him on the field when it was a foregone he was coaching for his job. He chose to go to war with and wager whatever chance he had left of retaining his position in 2014 with Christian Ponder.

@ProFootballTalk: Per source, Bucs will pay the $4 million fully guaranteed under Dashon Goldson's contract for 2015 despite trade to Washington.
 
@AlbertBreer: T he Bucs invested 2 first-round picks and about $45 million since '12 to stock secondary with Barron, Revis and Goldson. All 3 are now gone

I would think if you were in the closet and expected to start at quarterback on national television every Sunday you wouldn't be the most stable person in the world.

Ask Kerry Rhodes and Michael Sam

There's no way Michael Sam shouldn't be a least training camp body in 2nd season
