Out of all these teams, the Chiefs seem least affected by losing their star WR

They have the best QB in the world so it's not a surprise but they struggled a little initially.

They're still talented as hell though so once the chemistry/timing with the new WR's gets consistent they'll continue to be one of the best offenses.

I hate the coaching turnover in the NFL…. It’s always a bad look IMO.

Historically mediocre teams are going to be mediocre no matter what. They may have a a few good seasons every know and then but it’s still the same. They may as well let guys get 10 years unless they do something wrong outside of actual football

Irsay being as ruthless with the coach as he is with his QB's damn, they've been set up for failure with everyone they've brought in after Luck.

Rivers worked out okay but that was never gonna be a long term option.

It's a shame because they have a real solid squad on paper and have for a few seasons now

Definitely should. Had a front office give him washed QB after washed QB with no consistency at the position beyond them being washed.

You wouldn’t argue he created this QB situation. Continue to put old and worn out band aides at that position when they have had multiple drafts.

On paper there is no reason this team should be where they are. The play calling was atrocious. Play hasn’t been good.

He’s the guy in charge, he earned it unfortunately. Seems like a good guy and a good coach. He will land somewhere. I would have waited until the end of the season, always would (unless it’s an Urban Myer situation).
