**NFL Week 5 in Review**

Imma agree with JJs07. There are exceptions but you can find gold in later rounds if you know what your doing; Terrell Davis 6th rd, Herschel Walker 5th rd, Michael Turner 5th rd, & Bo Jackson 7th rd just to name a few...

You do realize that Bo went #1 in '86 and and only fell to the 7th in '87 because no one thought he would play football....right?

Ha, ha...Was wondering if anyone would catch that....do work son had the better list...

^ hope it's harmless. whether or not bill finds it offensive, it's causing a media hoopla and distraction, which bill def hates.
All jokes aside I say more power to Wes Welker, he's probably going to get traded after this season any way so if your going to go out, I say go out on your terms. The hell with giving the company line like Tom Brady and the rest of them, good for Wes. He only got a 1 year deal, not a long term contract like he wanted so the writing is already on the wall. Now that he knows that I say he goes down in a blaze of glory. Maybe he even writes a tell all book about Patriots and some of their old habits * once he leaves.

Feel like I gotta address the Chiefs situation...

A. Hot. Damn. Mess. The whole situation is falling apart. Fans leaving jerseys on the seats after the game. Banners flying over the stadium before the game and a large banner in front of Arrowhead. Just painful to watch and hear about from someone who has been a life long Chiefs fans.

1. I applaud Winston for what he said but it wasn't 70k cheering for Cassel when he went down. There are always going to be 'bad apples' in the group but the majority of Chiefs fans have been loyal through thick and thin and never want or wish to see a player go down.

2. That being said. Cassel is a joke. Dude has lost all confidence in himself and most importantly so has the coaching staff. I have never seen a first half offensive game plan like that in my life.

3. I'm beginning to think more and more that Romeo has no idea what is going on. Dude is entirely over his head. The end of the first half was just :{

4. Props to the Chiefs D. Stood up and almost won the game by themselves. Justin Houston is going to be good.

5. Charles is beasting but I hate seeing him getting 30 carries on a team that is going NO WHERE FAST especially coming off of surgery.

LMAO no way you have watched any Panthers games all year if you blame their RBs. the Dumb *** coaches do not run the ball.
Williams and Stewart have a combined 73 carries through five games. That's seven each. :lol :{

AHMAD.

The Bears have ascended to being a great team, and it's mostly because of an "unstable criminal."

Speaking of criminals, Peanut Tillman likes to steal footballs often, and has been criminally underrated for a long time.

The Chiefs' play distribution: 50 rushes to 18 passes. :lol

Has anyone ever realized what Jamaal Charles' career yards per carry is? Six. And 8.8 per catch.

I hope there are a gang of elite secondary prospects coming into the league over the next few years, because it is painful to watch a lot of these units play right now. It takes a pass rush and not getting penalized because the game is catered to passing now, too, but it feels like there are so many backs that just have no chance in coverage right now. A lot of injuries, though.

Not many of those problems in Seattle, though. That group is sub-human. They jam, they run, they !+%* you up.

Trent Richardson is probably already the best skill player the Browns have had since returning to the league.

It took awhile for the Robert Meachem breakout in that offense, but there it was.

Bruce Irvin. :smokin

Bay-Bay. :smokin

Word.

Damn I don't remember the last time the Pack was an underdog in Vegas man... Let alone a 5.5 pt dog.

I was at the Giants game yesterday so that's just about the only football I was able to see...

I might go back and watch the Pack game but man Capers Defense stays giving up lead's long down and distance plays.

Shoulda seen that emotional Victory coming for the Colts.

:lol :{ at this dude cro and those females are :{ looking.

No wonder he was trying to play offense, trying to get 2 checks

Mark Ingram is definitely a first round talent. Sure you can find guys in later rounds at the RB position but Ingram was just as good if not better than Trent at Alabama. The saints just refuse to give him the ball. He is in the worst possible style of offense for the type of runner he is. Tis a damn shame because he could be doing work elsewhere.

You kind of wonder if getting that 1 more yd is worth the Injury RG III welcome to the LEAGUE where LBs are almost just as fast n bigger...and honestly not throwing shots at the Vikings but they look like a team that will go 6-1 and finish the season being 8-8 IMO

I thought it was highly regarded that Trent was the better of the 2.

Ingram needs a team that's gonna pound the rock in between the tackles, ship him to the Packers / Bungals

Percy Harvin is a Top 5 All-Around Player in the NFL. :smokin

Kevin Kolb remembered he was Kevin Kolb on Thursday.

Amendola with those springboard catches. He reminds me of a Pokemon. :eek

Vikings are 4-1 with a potential RGIII-less Redkins next week, and three more win-able games the following four weeks with Arizona, Tampa Bay, Seattle, and Detroit. Could honestly be anywhere from 7-3 to 9-1 going into the bye week. 9-1! Who would have thought. 8o

I said back around Week 1 that the Packers could easily start 1-4 or 2-3. Could get even more treacherous... traveling to Houston next week? :x

Matt Cassel IS Stuart from the Mad TV skits. :rollin :rollin

Is there any hope being sold in Cleveland? Finally looked like they were going to notch their first win yesterday... and then they get outscored 41-13 after their first two scores.

Salsa Party.

Shady McCoy reaching the EZ... Finally. Reid :x

Roethlisberger with another GW drive... and did it with a huge chunk of the quarter still on the clock. Good for him.

Tony Gonzalez.

Cam played absolutely ****** yesterday... that option to DeAngelo was a poor choice (fumble's not on Cam obviously), and that throw on 4th :x

These first 5 weeks have me so confused. I can't tell which of these teams are who we thought they were or are not who we thought they were. Word to Dennis Green.

I have a feeling when it comes down to the end of the yearsit's gonna be NUTS with teams fighting for the playoffs.

Sunday night football in Houston with the pack coming? It's gonna be ******g rocking at Reliant :hat :hat :hat

No one is safe, **** reminds me of college football out there :lol

I would say the same with Trent. But for what it's worth their numbers are literally identical in college. I think Trent may be a little more fresh in our minds while Ingrams talent is just being wasted over on the Saints sidelines so we automatically assume Trent was way better. But really if you think back or go watch a highlight reel to remind yourself Ingram was just as much of a bawse at Alabama as Trent.

Well said...repped...

Saints just dont know how to use their running backs. I would expect a rise in performance from Ingram if he was to go to another team ala Reggie Bush.
