Same here, sometimes they do, sometimes they dont. You always have your email confirmation and shipping confirmation as proof of purchase though if u ever need to show and proveBoth my pairs from Eastbay arrived (phone orders), neither one came with a packing slip or invoice, did that happen to anyone else ?

Eastbay pairs came in without any damage. One lid doesn't have the red stamp, but I guess it doesn't matter these days. As for the shoes, it's definitely hard to pick up the teal on camera. Quality is nice and craftsmanship is questionable. They're .5 up from my usual size, but I'll hold onto these for now. Props to the dude who posted about phone orders.
