The Kobe colorway is not up on our website yet, but it should show up in the next 1-2 weeks.  Otherwise, if you want to order them over the phone now, the product number is 07766007.  Once this shoe is up on our site, I will post an update here.

I talked to a customer service rep from Nike and they said they sold out in most sizes on those Laker/Kobe trainers. They never even put all the sizes up since they put them up on NDC almost three weeks ago and they said that all the stores they search for sold out as well.

Checking out various website, chlorophylls are finally starting to sell out. Even before a price decrease. Larger sizes are gone at eastbay. Zappos has none at all (did I miss a fire sale?) Nordstorm has a few for $90. Sneakerhead.com has a FSR for $85. NDC has everything but the 11-13 larger size range. .All you smaller footed people may be getting some deals in a short while.

I can finally say I have a new era nike cross trainer. I spotted a pair recently for almost 60% off retail. They had to be mine. I'm gonna take these to the gym asap and have a full review in a couple weeks. Getting them for so cheap, im gonna demolish these and hope they hold up.

Loving the fleece sockliner and ripstop type nylon material all around.. WP perhaps?

not only is the chloro colorway getting difficult to come by, but the grey/white/volt colorway is gone virtually everywhere I have looked online in most sizes.  I may just be a lone wolf on this one, but IMO, this colorway is one of the best gr/or PE included for this particular shoe.  It reminds me of an early 90s style Nike tennis/training colorway in many ways.  Will we see anymore PEs or special colorways of the 1.2, or is it on to the huarache trainer now for NIKE PEs and special makeups?  Any thoughts Wally, johngotty, ptngia, etc....?

I think the 1.2 is a great shoe but I couldn't speak on how it sold. But, I know several key guys who like them as well so I'm sure they can help by using their minor sway to encourage Nike to put out a few more colors.

Wally - I'm mad you showed me a fleece sockliner on the ones above b/c I was very interested in them...for summer

Chloro's aren't all gone. I've seen them in a few local spots and in nearby areas while I've been traveling over the past few weeks. But they're definitely drying up. I don't see them much at all on eBay and such either, which is odd.

One thing about the outlet releases and shoes "drying up" and then 6-12 months down the road all of sudden showing up again - This seemed to happen with the first colorway of the trainer 1 from last year- the white/black/grey/cactus colorway.  It was gone off NDC and major websites within a few months never to be found again online.  Then, this summer, I see a pretty good size run @ my local Nike Outlet - Kenosha, and scratching my head- as they are like 79.99- nothing major discount wise.  I don't understand the rhyme or reason to this, other than, in certain places, shoes like the chloro 1.2s and grey/white/volt 1.2s are pretty well gone and done for.  In other areas, not sure which they are, they are plentiful and sitting on shelves.  Once they get pulled from shelves, they'll go back to Nike and or somehow make their way back to outlets. I am not sure how this all works, but obviously some places are stacked with certain shoes and others are not.  From the Kobe 5 thread, for example, how are there Chaos 5s up in Canada still lingering while they have been pretty well gone from the major retailers here now for months? I suppose this is a distribution thing as I would have a hard time thinking that Nike is still producing any kobe 5s or trainer 1s.

That's what I get for being so cheap..Pair I end up getting are cosmetic B grades and one shoe is wider than the other.. On the feet though, I cant feel the difference. Time to destroy these like I have been my zoom trainer 1 photographed below:

Nice simple colorway. I'm a big fan of a few features on this colorway:
-Grey strap is a ripstop type of canvas nylon. I just love that type of material
-Heel ankle grey area also has the same type of grey canvas material
-Nothing too special about the sockliner. Ive felt softer material but its not bad
-White fake leather upper isnt as hard as the ZTT1 08 or even an aburn sc trainer retro. I guess its right in between. A decent softness to it

First thing that jumps out on these is the weight. Are they too light? I thought my zoom trainer 1s were light and felt light on the feet but these are a whole other story

Height of the shoe is basically that of the zoom trainer 1.. Dare I say same mold?

Question for those with these.. Which width is the correct one?

-Bottom or the RIGHT shoe is really narrow but widens on your foot.
-Top or the LEFT shoe already has the preformed angles just right.. The left shoe also has this terrible accordian style creasing on the medial side where the swoosh is, So im thinking the RIGHT shoe is the correct style.

Weight: Nike is big on saying synthetic materials add to less weight. Even your flywire helping out on lessening the weight. I'm not sure if its those factors alone or it could other things like no forefoot air contributing to the weight.

Comparisons of weight:
2000 AT1 retro. sz 13- 18 oz.
2004 Zoom Trainer 1 sz 13- 17 oz.
2008 zoom tennis trainer 1 sz 12.5- 15.5 oz.
and finally
2010 trainer 1.2 mid sz 13- 14.5 oz.

Christiano Ronaldos are pretty sick.  Also digging Troy P and Amare colorways.  I think someone posted a pic awhile back of Fits wearing his on the sideline of a preseason game?  In any case, I would be glad to pony up the 350 if I could get any of the aforementioned in my size.  I doubt thats a pick and choose type program.  Oh well, thanks P for posting the pics.  I will hope the MPs are relatively available and that somehow Eastbay gets a few of the other PEs somewhere down the road(not banking on it, but wishful thinking).  I will say, after seeing, touching, and feeling the Huarache trainers, that I think that may be a superior shoe from a technical and performance standpoint to the 1.2. That being said, there is something pretty awesome about the features of the 1.2 (the midfoot strap, visible air, etc...) that still make it very appealing to me.

I live in the midwest and I seriously started looking at last minute flights to try and get to this event when i saw it last night. I would love to be there today.

Man all the PEs look sick.  I will scoop all if I can.  The Adrians are a must cop... hope this is just a limited release then in a week or 2 they will be at a few other stores.. I'm hoping at least.  And nike please give us some size 12.5s in the PEs please!!!  If anybody has any updates on the NYC event please post..

.  Like that was ever happening.  But seriously,  can anyone in the trainer family shed some light on whether or not we see any more releases, widespread or limited,  of any of these PEs?  Unlike HOH, which will drop basketball PEs, the only similar outfit I am aware of directly affiliated with NIKE would be 21 Mercer right? Otherwise, it would seem far fetched to think random Mom & Pop shops end up with CR, TP, Fitz, Clay PEs, but we can certainly dream I guess.  JohnG, are you headed to the event tonight?  I guess I will have to settle for the Brandon Jennings appearance in MKE tomorrow night at FTL.
