I heard from a couple people who have been reliable in the past that Nike originally had plans for the 14s on NBY but the supply chain issues has caused Nike to put those plans on hold. From my perspective, if the supply chain remains FUBAR for a few more months (likely at this point), then we may not see a NBY KD until the 15s.

Yea I’d say its def supply chain. A lot of sneakers were pulled for NBY and haven’t come back.
