This is the BS I get from regular KDs and I guess the elites are the same. Some players including KD I guess don't mind but there's shoes that have a1 lockdown that I rather play in. Like others have said in here, kd9 is the goat shootaround shoe.

I think there was one of Paul George in the old Hyperrev that was similar. Based on those pictures you would think they tore some ligaments or broke something, but in actuality it was just a routine cut or euro-step.
