Look on the stripes on the back and the nike logo size. Therma flex has the black bands on the back of the shoulders and the logo is bigger. On the "Dry" there's no bands and the logo is small.

Logo size is different too. Therma flex has a bigger swoosh, nba logo, and team logo. One could almost figure that into the Photoshop being off or them actually be different.
