100 over Retail - consignment store in my area ran a raffle for it which essentially equals them selling the shoe for resell with all the people involved in the raffle

Don't they only drop by surprise if there is no official release date? The OW Converse was a surprise drop but there was no official release date for it - it kinda just dropped. There is a release date for both of these Prestos though. So I don't see them doing a surprise drop.
