Not sure if anyone mentioned this, but for a sushi buffet (made to order, not that Todai mess) in the South Bay, there's Sushi 85 in Mountain View. Similarto Sushi Factory in San Jose, but with much better service.

word. $18 for lunch and theres always space at the bar so you can get your sushi sooner. been there a few times already. closest all you can eat sushi placefrom union city, unless someone knows a much closer place.

oh, for self serve yogurt lovers in the hayward/union city/fremont/newark area, tuttimelon at union landing opened up a couple weeks ago.

A good undercover spot is Stingers by Sac State off of La Riviera. It's a bar but they have killer food with great portions. Try it out.
